Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use MigraGulf, including the responsibilities of candidates, employers and recruitment partners.

Platform terms of use Account and platform responsibilities
About these terms. These terms govern your access to and use of MigraGulf's website and platform services. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform.
01

Acceptance of Terms

MigraGulf provides a platform intended to facilitate connections between candidates, employers and recruitment partners in connection with international employment opportunities.

By accessing the website, creating an account or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms expressly applicable to the service you use. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.

02

User Accounts and Security

When creating or using a MigraGulf account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Use a mobile number you are authorised to access for verification.
  • Keep your one-time verification codes private and protect access to your account.
  • Notify MigraGulf through its designated contact channel if you become aware of unauthorised account activity.
  • Keep your profile and submitted information reasonably up to date.
  • Not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or misuse another user's account.

MigraGulf may restrict or suspend accounts where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

03

Terms for Candidates

Candidates using MigraGulf are responsible for:

  • Submitting genuine, accurate and lawfully obtained personal information and documents.
  • Reviewing job descriptions, employer details, employment terms and recruitment requirements before proceeding.
  • Providing consent before their personal information or documents are shared with prospective employers or authorised recruitment partners.
  • Ensuring that any information they provide for visa, immigration or employment processes is accurate and complete.
  • Promptly updating or correcting information that is materially inaccurate or outdated.

Registration, a profile, an application or an introduction does not guarantee an interview, job offer, placement, work permit, visa approval or entry into another country. Hiring decisions remain with the relevant employer, and immigration decisions remain with the competent government authorities.

Candidates should independently verify job offers, recruiters, employment contracts and requests for payment before proceeding.

04

Terms for Employers

Employers using the platform agree to:

  • Publish genuine vacancies with accurate job descriptions, locations, qualifications and employment conditions.
  • Provide lawful employment terms and comply with applicable recruitment, labour, immigration, anti-discrimination and data-protection requirements.
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable law and the relevant candidate's permissions.
  • Protect candidate documents and personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.
  • Keep vacancy details current and remove positions that are no longer available.
  • Not misrepresent employment opportunities or request unlawful payments from candidates.

Employers are responsible for their recruitment decisions, employment offers, contractual commitments and compliance obligations. MigraGulf does not make hiring decisions on an employer's behalf.

05

Terms for Recruitment Partners

Recruitment partners using MigraGulf must:

  • Obtain appropriate candidate consent before submitting profiles or sharing documents.
  • Maintain any registrations, licences, authorisations and permissions required for their activities.
  • Submit accurate candidate and vacancy information and avoid misleading representations.
  • Handle personal information securely and use it only for authorised purposes.
  • Comply with applicable recruitment, employment, immigration, anti-bribery and data-protection laws.
  • Respect candidate confidentiality and honour any separate written agreement with MigraGulf.

Partner registration does not itself authorise any activity for which a separate licence or regulatory approval is required. Partners must not claim that MigraGulf guarantees a placement, visa or employment outcome.

06

Fees, Payments and Receipts

Any fee charged by MigraGulf for a specific service must be communicated through an applicable written fee schedule, service description or separate agreement before the relevant payment obligation arises.

  • Do not assume a service is paid or free unless the applicable terms clearly state this.
  • Where MigraGulf collects a payment, retain the applicable payment confirmation or official receipt.
  • Verify the recipient and purpose before making payments to employers, recruiters, agents or other third parties.
  • Do not treat a payment request from an individual as an official MigraGulf charge unless it is verifiable through an authorised channel.

Any refund, cancellation or payment-dispute terms will be governed by the applicable written policy or agreement and relevant law. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07

Platform Role, Responsibility and Liability

MigraGulf is intended to facilitate connections and recruitment activity. Unless expressly agreed in writing, it does not act as the employer of candidates, the decision-maker for hiring, or the government authority responsible for visas or immigration.

Users are responsible for verifying relevant employers, opportunities, representations, contractual terms and third-party service providers before making decisions or commitments. Information supplied by users or third parties may require independent verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MigraGulf does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of every third-party listing, any particular recruitment result or a visa or immigration outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

08

Changes, Suspension and Termination

MigraGulf may revise these terms to reflect changes to its services, operations, security requirements or legal obligations. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date when the changes are made.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice or other legally required method. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

MigraGulf may suspend access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, security risks or breaches of these terms. Users may stop using the platform at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable law.

09

Contact and Questions

If you have questions about these terms, a platform rule or an issue involving your account, contact MigraGulf through the official contact channel published on its website.

Please do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or unnecessary sensitive personal documents in general enquiries.
